Delivery Information

We offer a wide range of delivery options to suit your needs, you can view the available delivery options when placing your order online.

In order for us to meet these terms, and submit your request and prescription (where needed) to the distributing pharmacies we require full payment and outstanding identifiable information within the following timescales;

  • MON-FRI FROM 8AM TO 4PM COURIER STANDARD
  • MON – FRI BY 1PM ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY

Free Delivery is dependent on order value of £200 and above.

In most cases orders placed before 1pm Monday – Thursday will be received the following day, however orders containing cold chain products received after 1pm on Thursday or 4pm for general product items, will be dispatched on the following Monday.

 

Track my order

Where you have provided a mobile number or email address when placing your order, you will receive a notification of your delivery with tracking information. You can also check your order history within my account to view tracking information (if my account was set up at the time your order was placed).

 

Deliveries to business and residential addresses

  • Your name will be taken and input into the signature field, a photo will be taken upon delivery.
  • If no one answers door – you will receive a delivery notification card and/or email/text notification in the normal manner and the parcel will be returned to the courier warehouse.
  •  

For parcels that have instructions to leave in a safe place

  • The courier will leave your parcel in a safe place.
  • Put a card through the door stating where parcel left.
  • Take a photograph showing the parcel and surrounding environment to identify location.

Please note that not all items issued from the distributing pharmacies can be left safe.  Please check for individual items prior to purchasing if you are unsure whether you will be available to accept as we will not be liable for damaged, lost or returned items in this instance.

 

Postal Delivery Restrictions

There are a number of postcodes, usually in remote areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales.
